Welcome to Noah Medical Collectibles,
I have over 30 years experience in collecting both Medical and Pharmaceutical Memorabilia. During my tenure within the NHS my interest began with pharmacy related items, but quickly broadening to encompass other related disciplines. With advances in modern healthcare technology, many of the instruments of today are intended for single use, but are often based on the innovative fundamental designs from the early pioneers in the field of medicine & surgery, as being a doctor there is nothing as venerated as a disease or procedure named after you, and this is often the case with surgical or diagnostic instruments. Also both the early apothecaries and the advances of modern day pharmacy are often based on fundamental concepts refined over many decades.
